Universal casters, also known as general-purpose brake casters, can not only move but also be fixed in a certain place. The specifications of universal casters include 15-inch flat brake, 2-inch flat brake, 25-inch flat brake, 3-inch flat brake, 4-inch flat brake, and 5-inch flat brake.
How to fix casters on aluminum profiles? In fact, it is divided into two cases: one is for small aluminum profiles installing general-purpose casters, and the other is for large aluminum profiles installing general-purpose casters. Small aluminum profiles refer to those with holes in the middle of the profile, where the center hole can be tapped, allowing the general-purpose casters to be directly screwed onto the aluminum profile. Large aluminum profiles do not have holes in the middle, so it is necessary to connect the end connector to the aluminum profile and then fix the casters on the center hole of the end connector plate.
To achieve mobility, casters must be installed at the bottom of the aluminum frame. There are four types of casters, including flat casters, composite casters, Foma casters, and spiral casters, which are generally applicable to aluminum alloy frames.
