Single round selection

Single wheel selection:

There are many types of single wheels for industrial casters, with different choices based on size, model, tire surface, and various usage environments and requirements.

1. Determine the wheel diameter: Usually based on the load capacity and installation height requirements. The larger the wheel diameter, the easier it is to push, and the greater the load capacity; it also better protects the ground from damage.

2. Choose the wheel material: First consider the size of the surface being used, obstacles, residual materials on the site (such as metal shavings, grease), environmental conditions (such as high temperature, normal temperature, or low temperature), and the weight the wheel can carry to decide on the appropriate hardness of the wheel material.

For use on rough, uneven surfaces or surfaces with residual materials, it is advisable to choose nylon wheels or cast iron wheels with good wear resistance.

For use on smooth, clean surfaces, it is advisable to choose wheels that are noise-free,quiet, and have good elasticity, such as rubber wheels, polyurethane wheels, inflatable wheels, or synthetic rubber wheels.

For working in special high or low temperatures, or in environments with significant temperature differences, metal wheels or specially made high-temperature resistant wheels should be chosen.

In places where static electricity needs to be prevented, it is best to use specialized anti-static wheels, or metal wheels (if the ground does not require protection).

When there are large amounts of corrosive media in the working environment, it is necessary to choose wheels with good corrosion resistance and stainless steel brackets accordingly.
Inflatable wheels are also suitable for light loads and soft, uneven surfaces.
