Factory and warehouse trolley casters

 

In any factory, there is one item that must be owned, that is, a trolley to facilitate the transportation of different materials and items. Due to the high frequency of use of trolleys in factories, casters need to rotate flexibly, and at the same time be able to withstand heavier loads, with durability and wear resistance. The ground conditions of some factories are more complicated, and suitable casters are needed. We have more than 30 years of experience in caster manufacturing and design, and can design custom casters according to different environments and different use requirements to meet customer requirements.

Our Solution
 
1. The use of high-quality bearing steel bearings can withstand heavy loads and allow for flexible rotation.
 
2. The wheel bracket is made by hot forging and welding of 5-6mm or 8-12mm thick steel plates. This allows the wheel bracket to withstand heavy loads and adapt to different factory requirements.
 
3. There are a variety of single wheel materials to choose from, and customers can select casters that suit their use environment. Some of these single-wheel materials include polyurethane, nylon, rubber, and cast iron.
 
4. Casters with dust covers can be used in the textile industry or dusty venues.
